Mediterranean Terraces

We transformed an unusable, sloping lawn into a series of terraces to support low water fruit trees and perennial gardens of lavender, rosemary, and aloe. Low maintenance creeping red fescue 'Pt. Molate' carpets the walkways. A new deck provides a nice place to drink coffee and watch the activity for the senior residents.
